Lavender adds a wonderful taste to ice cream. I’ve enjoyed it in cookies, shortbread, sugar (to sprinkle over fruit), lemonade, muffins etc. A little lavender goes a long way, so experiment with the amount of lavender you use in any dish, to get the flavor that you like.
