I loved this DIY Bubble party favor  project by Morena. They’re pretty, colorful, and creative. You can really blow bubbles with them too. I think they’d be great for a summer party, outdoor wedding, or birthday party for an older child.

Morena shares a supplies list that includes sources for everything. There’s a nice step-by-step tutorial. I really like the way she used Mod Melts to decorate the cork tops. The tags and twine she used for decorations are also perfect. This DIY project is a winner.

This is Emily’s(Our Little Coop)  recipe for DIY JELL-O play dough. She made this for her kids and decided to use sugar-free JELL-O for the coloring. The recipe is very simple and the play dough came out great. Another option to try is to replace the Jell-O with food coloring and scent the play dough with essential oils.

Note: Keep the play dough away from dogs and other pets. It has a lot of salt in it can make pets sick if they eat it.
