<p>I really liked this DIY framed chalkboard.  Suzanne of  Simply Suzannes presents a complete tutorial on how to make this framed  chalkboard with chalkboard paper, a frame and some plywood.  There&#8217;s a detailed supplies and tools list.</p>
<p>If you pick a standard picture frame size, this is a simple project.   Hint:  Suzanne suggests using a chalk pen instead of a chalk marker.</p>
