I found this neat project on the ByStephanieLynn website. In this article, Stephanie shares her recipe for homemade citrus bird feeders. They can also be used as orange birdseed ornaments.

She explains how to prepare the birdseed and one other ingredient. The birdseed mixture can then be packed into a prepared citrus rind and put in the fridge for two hours until the birdseed solidifies. This works well with oranges, mandarins and clementines. Very creative and colorful way to feed birds in all seasons.
