This is a great tutorial that explains how to make ice lanterns (ice luminarias). They’re candles that have leaves and berries frozen in the outer walls of the candle. Once they’re made you can pop a battery-driven tea light in the middle. They’re really beautiful. You can use them to decorate your walk or window ledges outside.

These ice lanterns work best if you live in an area where the weather is freezing or below. That way, once you make them, you can put them outside and enjoy them longer.

Jess explains how to make the mold, add the leaves and berries, freeze the lantern and unmold it. Neat tutorial!
