She also lists 10 different, green cleaning recipes.  This includes recipes for cleaning the bathroom (2), polishing furniture, cleaning glass, general cleaning spray, stainless steel cleaner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, floor cleaner,  and fabric softener.  There are some nice recipes here.

One note:  Ruth lists Borax as one of her essential cleaning products.  As you probably know, there’s an ongoing debate about whether borax is safe and should be included in a healthy, green cleaning regimen.  I think Crunchy Betty has researched this well and I agree with her view.   However, everyone needs to arrive at their own conclusion.
