<p><center>[adrotate banner=&#8221;4&#8243;]</center>Melissa of Sky Minded &amp; Ever Growing created a recipe for tomato powder.  It’s a way to transform tomato skins into a powder that you can sprinkle on salads, ground beef, burgers, tacos etc.  You can also rehydrate the powder and make tomato sauce or paste.</p>
<p>Melissa’s recipe uses a food dehydrator.  If you don’t have one, I think you could use trays in your oven with the temperature set to the lowest setting.  It will just take longer to dehydrate the tomato skins.</p>
<p>Very nice and creative recipe.  I never heard of tomato powder before.</p>
