Kate of Modern Alternative Mama normally makes homemade ice cream that isn’t true ice cream. She uses raw milk and a little sugar. It’s healthy and it’s good. But it doesn’t have enough cream in it to be really creamy.
So she decided to make custard style vanilla ice cream for her son’s birthday. The recipe uses heavy cream, eggs and other ingredients. It turned out rich and creamy!
