Gabe of Life from the Ground Up grew a lot of strawberries this summer. He and his family froze and preserved a lot. But there were still strawberries left. So he decided to make strawberry wine.
This is a nice, simple recipe that uses strawberries, lemon, sugar, yeast and other ingredients. Gabe explains how to prepare the first mix, strain it, store it until clear, and then bottle it. Nice recipe!
